- PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
- Pants
- Waist and hip fit. Crotch held strong
-
- Most trouser defects come down to a few things — twisted waistband, split crotch seam, crooked back pocket, twisted leg panel — and they compromise both comfort and lifespan. Our trouser work focuses on three zones: waistband, crotch, pockets.
- Waistband. The most visible detail
- Interfaced internally and bonded face-to-lining with a dedicated waistband machine, so it doesn't curl or twist. Graded pressing along the waist-to-body seam contours the waistband to the natural waist and hip. Belt loops are symmetric and sized to standard belt widths.
- Crotch
- The highest-tension point on a trouser. Front and rear crotch seams are double-stitched or chain-stitched: smooth clean stitching on the front fly, widened seam allowance on the rear hip for tensile strength. The cross-crotch joint is bartacked, so it doesn't split when crouching or stretching. For heavy denim, we use thicker thread and tighter stitch density.
- Pockets
- Front pocket openings are piped or bound — no fraying, no distortion. Back pockets are template-positioned: identical height, bilateral symmetry. Pocket bag attachments are reinforced so they don't tear under load.
