Precision and automation
A high-precision automated equipment fleet covers the full production process: auto-template sewing machines, round-eyelet buttonhole machines, auto down-filling machines, and single-ply auto-cutters for sample making — from first sample through to bulk.
Auto-template machines handle intricate quilting, welt pocketing and zipper attachment with uniform stitching — without relying on a veteran's hand. Round-eyelet buttonhole machines produce the neat teardrop eyelets that suits and outerwear ask for, with the durability to match. Computer-weighed down-filling machines distribute filling evenly and resist leakage — the right setup for down and padded outerwear. Single-ply cutting equipment cuts development lead time and lets us move from approved sample to bulk without friction.
Together, the line minimises manual error, holds batch-to-batch consistency, and makes sophisticated styles viable at production volume.

Established, Reliable
Specialised sewing for our core categories. Sleeve setters, double-needle chainstitch machines, blind-stitch machines, eyelet machines and JUKI 9000C series cover suits, shirts and outerwear.
Sleeve setters handle the armhole and curved-seam easing for a clean rounded sleeve cap. Picot and blind-stitch machines create invisible hemming on trousers, coat hems and lining — no visible stitching, a premium finish. Eyelet machines add the picot, eyelet and lace detailing on women's shirts and children's wear.
These are standard specialty machines, proven over many production runs. They hold up at volume without compromising quality or schedule.

Specialised, Detailed Work
Machines for the details that are easy to overlook but matter on the finished garment: fishnet stitchers, waistband interlining machines, and automatic hanger-loop cut-sewers.
Fishnet stitch machines produce an elastic net-like decorative seam on a range of fabrics, without giving up the stretch. Dedicated waistband machines bond the interfacing cleanly to the waist face — no twisting, no shifting, and the shape holds over the long term. Automatic loop machines fold, sew and cut the hanger loop in a single pass — uniform dimensions, exact positioning — the right finish for coats, jackets and down outerwear that need to hold their shape on a hanger.
The cumulative effect of getting these inner details right is what shows up in the brand's reputation downstream.

Quality control, end to end
Tensile testers, webbing cutters and template cutters form a closed-loop QC system — from incoming raw materials through to standardised production.
Tensile testing verifies the breaking strength and slip resistance of fabric, thread and zipper components, so bulk-production failures from weak components don't happen. In-house template cutters produce custom sewing jigs that simplify complex stitching, reduce human error, and hold seam placement identical across repeated runs.
Backed by incoming-material inspection, in-process checks, half-finished and group checks, three-stage post-finishing inspection, plus QC sampling of finished goods, we control shrinkage, colour variation, broken stitching and dimensional drift — and consistently deliver on both quality and schedule.
