- PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
- Dress
- Tailored fit. Graceful drape
-
- Dresses are among the most fit-sensitive items in women's apparel. The body must contour through bust, waist and hip while the skirt flows cleanly — without binding when walking. The work is in the dart, the seam, and the ease allowance.
- Fabric-specific construction
-
•Wovens (cotton-linen, polyester): stable handle — dart placement and seam neatness are the focus.
•Knits (Roma knit, air-layer): elastic — stretch stitch or chain stitch keeps the seam intact under stretch.
•Sheer fabrics (chiffon, silk): prone to shifting and curling — fine needles, tight stitch spacing, hem binding or rolled edge to prevent fraying.
- Embellishment
- Our eyelet machine adds picot and eyelet trim along neckline, cuff and hem. Pleating, shirring, embroidery and lace panelling are also available, taking a basic cut into a designer piece.
- Lining
- The lining is blind-stitched to the shell with deliberate ease allowance, so it doesn't pull, ride up, or show.
