- PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
- Padded Jacket
- Full-bodied and shaped. Not stiff, not flat.
-
- Padded coats are produced in the largest volumes and the widest range across autumn and winter — from lightweight padded gilets and heavy-duty workwear jackets to urban casual and outdoor functional styles. Each has different production requirements. We adjust fill weight, quilting pattern and cut to the client's brief: thicker where warmth matters, leaner where it doesn't.
- Core craft, fixes industry-wide defects
- The two flaws that show up most often in padded coats are uneven stuffing creating lumps, and batting that sags after repeated washes. Our layered, zoned filling addresses both. Independent fill specs are set for chest, back, sleeves and collar: heavier on the chest for warmth, lighter at the underarm and sleeve base for movement. The silhouette stays clean.
- Customized Matching Solutions for Multiple Fillings
- Filling, matched to material. We tailor the process to the fill type. Hollow-fibre cotton: soft hand, good rebound, suited to lightweight styles. 3M Thinsulate: high warmth at low bulk, suited to slim-fit. DuPont Sorona: plant-based, eco-friendly, highly wash-resistant. The filling and quilting density are chosen to match the shell fabric.
- Diversified Optional Quilting Styles
- Quilting — designed to brief. Padded coats allow flexible quilting: unquilted styles relying on the fabric to hold shape; partial quilting on chest and back; full-body diamond quilting. We follow the design drafts precisely; the stitching is symmetric and smooth.
